Biography
Sandra was born and raised in California before moving to El Paso in 1983. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Texas at El Paso and began her career in public accounting as a staff accountant with two local CPA firms. In 2003, she earned her license as a Certified Public Accountant.
Sandra joined Lauterbach, Borschow & Co. in 2016 as a Tax Supervisor, bringing with her decades of experience in individual and corporate taxation. Over the years, she has worked with clients across various industries, including food service, healthcare, manufacturing, and real estate. At Lauterbach, Borschow & Co., she has expanded her expertise to include international clients and their operations abroad. Recognized for her leadership and knowledge, Sandra was promoted to Tax Manager in 2019, Senior Tax Manager in 2022, and Tax Partner in October 2025.
