About Bijal Maniar, CPA
Bijal brings extensive experience serving small businesses, start-ups, financial institutions, nonprofits, healthcare, and real estate clients. Originally from India, she earned her Bachelor of Commerce from Gujarat University before moving to the United States in 1999. After building a successful career in both public and private accounting roles, Bijal joined Lauterbach, Borschow & Co. in 2016.
She quickly advanced through leadership roles in both audit and tax, recognized for her technical expertise and client-first mindset. Bijal holds a Master of Accountancy from The University of Texas at El Paso, where she received multiple academic honors, and she currently serves as a board member for the YWCA El Paso del Norte Region.
About Sandra Diaz Salcido, CPA
Sandra has decades of experience advising individuals and businesses on taxation, planning, and compliance, with a particular focus on cross-border issues and closely held businesses. She works extensively with clients in food service, healthcare, manufacturing, and real estate.
Raised in El Paso, Sandra earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Texas at El Paso and became a licensed CPA in 2003. She joined Lauterbach, Borschow & Co. in 2016, steadily advancing through leadership positions. Sandra is known for her deep technical knowledge, leadership, and dedication to helping clients achieve their goals.
