Biography
Lauren Aguilar is a native El Pasoan. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Accountancy from The University of Texas at El Paso.
Lauren joined the Lauterbach, Borschow & Co. audit team as an Audit Associate in 2013 and earned her Certified Public Accountant license in 2015. She was promoted to Senior Audit Associate in 2017, Audit Supervisor in 2020, Audit Manager in 2021, and Senior Audit Manager in 2025.
In her public accounting career, Lauren has worked with clients across a variety of industries, with the most experience auditing financial institutions, nonprofits, manufacturers, construction companies, and employee benefit plans.
