Lisa De La O

Lisa De La O joined Lauterbach, Borschow & Co. in 2008, initially as a temporary hire supporting the April deadline. Though the assignment was short-term, her work ethic stood out, and she was invited back that summer to assist in the file room. Since then, she has become a valued member of the data processing team, applying strong organizational skills and attention to detail to her role.

Before joining LBC, Lisa spent 18 years at Wendy’s, where she worked her way up to General Manager. She later earned her Associate’s in Accounting from El Paso Community College.
