Joshua Ponicki

Joshua Ponicki is a Senior Tax Associate at Lauterbach, Borschow & Co. He is a native El Pasoan who pursued his education at New Mexico State University, achieving both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting.

Joshua began his career at a local accounting firm, where he gained experience preparing tax returns for individuals, partnerships, C-corporations, and S-corporations. In 2023, he joined the tax team at Lauterbach, Borschow & Co., and in 2025, he was promoted to Senior Tax Associate. He is currently working toward obtaining his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
