Jeanette Castro

Jeanette Castro began her journey with Lauterbach, Borschow & Co. on December 21, 1987, as a temporary file clerk. The position was originally intended to last just four months. Through hard work, dedication, and a deep understanding of the firm’s operations, she steadily advanced her career and now serves as Data Processing Manager, overseeing key administrative functions and data workflows.

For nine years, Jeanette commuted daily from Fort Hancock, Texas, making an impressive two-hour round trip while balancing the demands of tax season and family life. Outside the office, Jeanette enjoys playing pool and was once part of a local league. These days, she plays for fun at home. During the summer months, she and her family head to Elephant Butte Lake, their favorite getaway for boating, jet skiing, and relaxing under the sun.
