Biography
Briana M. Gomez-Valenzuela is a Senior Tax Manager at Lauterbach, Borschow & Co. She has served a diverse client base ranging in size and industry and currently specializes in closely-held/family owned businesses and cross border tax planning and compliance.
Briana joined the Firm’s tax team in 2011 as an intern while completing her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a concentration in banking and financial planning. She earned her degree in 2011 and joined the tax team fulltime as a Tax Associate in 2012. Briana was promoted to Senior Tax Associate in 2014, Supervisor in 2016, Manager in 2020, and Senior Tax Manager in 2023.
