Biography

Angie was born in Kentucky to German biological parents and adopted by her loving Puerto Rican family, giving her the unique identity she refers to as “Germarrican.” She grew up in Puerto Rico, where she embraced her heritage and developed fluency in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.

Angie pursued her education at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, earning a degree in Sociology with a minor in Criminology. After college, she embarked on an incredible 10-year journey as a nanny in Aspen, Colorado, traveling the world with families while caring for their children.

After her time in Aspen, Angie moved to Boulder, Colorado, where she dedicated 21 years to the Boulder Valley School District, retiring in 2017 after 31 years in the state. In 2018, she relocated to El Paso, and in 2023, she rejoined the workforce, beginning her role as a Data Processing Clerk at Lauterbach, Borschow & Co.

Angie’s greatest passions are her faith, her family, and her beloved dogs.
