Kinley first joined the firm as tax intern in 2019. After earning her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Texas at El Paso she became a tax associate in 2020. While working towards her undergraduate degree Kinley was an active member of UTEP’s accounting honor society, Beta Alpha Psi, and served as the Vice President of the Bhutanese Student Association. She was also honored on the Dean’s List from 2017 – 2019.
