Closely-held/Family Owned Businesses BIOGRAPHYCyndi Maestas-Henry is a Certified Public Accountant and tax partner at Lauterbach, Borschow & Co. Cyndi graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy from New Mexico State University and has over thirty years of experience.After earning her degree, she began her accounting career with the national accounting firm, KPMG, and later worked for Helen of Troy and a local accounting firm. Cyndi joined Lauterbach, Borschow & Co. in 2007 and became a tax partner in 2014. Throughout her career, Cyndi has served a diverse client base ranging in size and industry. Cyndi specializes in closely held/family owned businesses. Cyndi is an active member of the community. She currently serves as a board member and assistant treasurer for El Pasoans Fighting Hunger, board member of the Junior League Edowment Fundation, board member and Treasurer of Candlelighters of West Texas/Southern New Mexico, a committee member of Rotary Club of El Paso, a member of Executive Forum, and a member of the New Mexico State University Business Advisory Council.
