Mariana Terrazas

Mariana Terrazas is a Tax Associate at Lauterbach, Borschow & Co. She earned her Bachelor of Accountancy from New Mexico State University, where she graduated with academic honors and was a member of Beta Alpha Psi. She is currently pursuing her CPA license.

While completing her degree, Mariana gained valuable public accounting experience through internships with both regional and local accounting firms. During her internships, she assisted with audit testing for school districts, processed payroll, prepared bank reconciliations, and provided bookkeeping and tax compliance support for a variety of business clients. These experiences gave her a strong foundation in accounting, client service, and financial reporting.

Mariana is bilingual in English and Spanish and enjoys giving back to her community. She has volunteered with the Kelly Center for Hunger Relief and served as a student finance teacher for elementary school students, reflecting her commitment to service and financial education.
