Biography
A native El Pasoan, Jiovana Arzate obtained her education in Austin, TX where she graduated from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin with both her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Master in Professional Accounting degrees.
Returning to El Paso in late 2025, she joined the audit practice at Lauterbach, Borschow & Co. She brings valuable experience from two Big Four public accounting firms, having worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) as an Assurance Intern and at Ernst & Young (EY) as both an Audit Intern and Staff External Auditor. In her two years at EY, Jiovana supported integrated audits of Fortune 100 public companies in the wholesale/retail and technology sectors, as well as financial statement audits in the private real estate industry.
Jiovana earned her Certified Public Accountant license in early 2026 and was promoted to Senior Audit Associate later that year.
