Alice Church

Alice Church joined Lauterbach, Borschow & Co. in 2026 as a Data Processing Clerk, bringing more than 10 years of experience in administrative support, data analysis, workforce planning, and cross-department coordination. Her strong attention to detail and extensive experience preparing and analyzing reports help support the accuracy and efficiency of the firm’s data processes.

Prior to joining Lauterbach, Borschow & Co., Alice held several workforce management and business planning roles with a customer contact center, most recently serving as a Business Planning Analyst and Team Lead. In that role, she oversaw workforce planning functions, prepared complex reports and dashboards, coordinated cross-functional initiatives, and led a team of workforce management professionals. She also brings advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, charts, and customized reporting tools.
