Ashley is a native El Pasoan. After earning her Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at El Paso, Ashley moved to Midland where she worked at public accounting preparing taxes for clients in the energy, construction, nonprofit/governmental, agriculture, healthcare and banking industries. While in Midland, Ashley earned her Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas of the Permian Basin. She joined the tax team at Lauterbach in 2020 as a tax senior and is currently working towards her CPA.
